Appendix 17 Energy Efficiency has been part of the wiring regulations since the introduction of the 18th Edition. The appendix section describes and looks at areas such as consumer demand, tariff structure, load profile, power factor correction, data logging and harmonics. All these area can be covered, discussed and explained within our course content to allow you to become familiar with the concepts and how they will be used when looking at an electrical installation.

Advice on how to setup and monitor these energy measurements can also be shown with hands on training with our portable power quality analysers, or if you already have instrumentation we can help guide you through the setup of your own metering and how to download the measurements.
